SARASOTA, Florida (September 8, 2011) Signature Sotheby's International Realty today announced the appointment of Greg Hudson and Rosemary Gillies as Sales Associates.
Hudson and Gillies will focus on luxury real estate sales from Signature Sotheby's International Realty's flagship office at The Plaza at Five Points.
Since 2002, Greg has been consistently recognized as a top producer in the Sarasota real estate market with a multi-million dollar sales history.
Before coming to Signature Sotheby's International Realty, Greg owned and operated Avalar Real Estate of Sarasota with his wife Mary Beth, a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. During that time, he had been recognized in a local publication as a "Mover, Shaker, and Visionary of the City of Sarasota". Greg has received many awards and recognition for his success in both listing and selling residential properties. In recent years, he has engaged in public speaking panels on both a local and national level regarding real estate sales techniques. Greg graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville with a B.A. in Telecommunication and Life University in Georgia with a Doctorate in Chiropractic.
Greg specializes in waterfront properties and golf course communities in the Sarasota, Siesta Key and Lakewood Ranch areas. Greg has been certified as a Fine Homes Specialist, Certified Negotiation Specialist, and Special Asset Management Specialist.
His team member, Rosemary Gillies, brings 19 years of new home construction sales experience. She was a top producer with luxury homebuilder Arthur Rutenberg Homes. Rosemary, previously from Canada, has earned an International Property Professional certification to assist in working with International Buyers.
